Former OpenAI Tech Lead Barret Zoph Joins Google DeepMind

Former OpenAI technical lead Barret Zoph announced he is joining Google DeepMind. Having started his AI career in the Google Brain Residency program, he will return to work on Reinforcement Learning and Post-Training. Zoth stated that Google has all the ingredients to remain successful in AI and he is excited to be part of the mission.
