Nvidia in talks to acquire Hugging Face for over $13 billion

Nvidia has been in talks to acquire Hugging Face, the popular open-source AI platform, in a deal that could value the company at more than $13 billion, according to Business Insider. This would be one of Nvidia's largest acquisitions ever. Microsoft had also met with Hugging Face, but talks are not currently ongoing. A deal has not yet been reached and could still fall apart. Nvidia currently holds $47.9 billion in private company investments and has committed another $18 billion for the rest of the fiscal year.
