Ex-OpenAI employee clarifies Codex monitoring and expansion to RL/evals

Ex-OpenAI employee Tomek Korbak clarified that they have been monitoring all Codex traffic at OpenAI (employee usage for code/experiments) as explained in a March blog post. He noted that previous monitoring did not cover inference during evals or RL, but confirmed that they are now monitoring RL runs and evals as well.
