Surflo: Generate Consistent 3D Surfaces from Arbitrary Photos

Surflo is a consistent 3D surface flow model. It fuses an arbitrary number of unposed images into a single global latent representation using a global state, then decodes a coherent 3D surface. It supports arbitrary resolution decoding and achieves SOTA performance on 8 benchmarks.
