Seeking best stack for SaaS with data aggregation, chat, and action agents

User is building a SaaS dashboard aggregating data from multiple sources. The planned architecture includes a chat assistant, agents that take actions (calling APIs, creating docs/charts), and hourly/daily crons to flag anomalies. Currently built on localhost with Postgres and Next.js. The author is asking for expert recommendations on the best stack, tools, and infrastructure to achieve this.
