Claude Code introduces automatic feedback report drafting

Claude Code introduced a feature to automatically draft feedback reports. When tools fail repeatedly, requests cannot be completed, or users point out errors, Claude automatically generates a feedback draft saved locally (/.claude/feedback/drafts/). No data is uploaded until the user approves it. Users see a card prompt to view, send, or ignore the draft. The feedback queue allows editing titles and content, and choosing whether to attach the transcript. This feature is only available for local interactive terminal sessions and is disabled for cloud sessions or organizations with Zero Data Retention (ZDR).
