Pre-ChatGPT hospital triage chatbot for COVID-19

Before ChatGPT, a team built a COVID-19 triage chatbot for hospitals using an SVM for QA and an MLP for specialty prediction (F1 0.84). The project aimed to reduce infection risk and was published in ICORIS 2022, but stopped after ChatGPT's launch.
