Dinkus by Rich creator converts 13% of App Store visitors into buyers

Will McGugan, the developer behind Python's Textual/Rich, says his paid app Dinkus has taken off: roughly 13% of people who open the App Store page purchase it, a conversion rate strong enough that he plans to keep refining it.
He also hasn't abandoned his "dream writing app" Ishmael, a distraction-free novel-writing editor for Apple Silicon Macs featuring typography, chapter management, focus highlighting and typewriter mode, with agent-ready manuscript/EPUB export ($59.99 launch offer vs $89.99). Version 1.8.0 lands with multiple UI refinements.
