Salesforce Adds Claude to Agentforce as ARR Tops $1.5 Billion

Salesforce reported Q2 FY27 revenue of $11.3 billion (up 11% YoY), with Agentforce ARR exceeding $1.5 billion, up over 240% YoY. The platform delivered 3.2 billion agentic work units in Q2, a 97% quarter-over-quarter increase.
Simultaneously, Salesforce and Anthropic launched "Claudeforce." Claude is now the default model for Slackbot and Agentforce Coworker, powers the Atlas Reasoning Engine, and drives the new "Salesforce in Claude" plugin. This plugin includes 37 prebuilt sales skills—such as meeting prep and deal health review—enabling users to pull live revenue context and push updates back to Salesforce directly within Claude.
