Passive MCP observer detects denied tool calls without blocking

The author built an observe-only MCP adapter that logs what a policy engine would decide for each tool call without blocking anything. It identifies risks like missing idempotency keys, parameter changes post-approval, and undeclared data flows. This allows users to validate findings before switching to enforcement mode. The project is open-source under Apache-2.0.
