HYDR8: DIY Wearable Hydration Monitor with ESP32-C3

HYDR8 is a homemade wearable built around the XIAO ESP32-C3. It combines heart-rate, skin-temperature, oxygen, ambient temperature, and humidity sensors to estimate environmental/hydration stress and display simple prompts.
