Scientists create exercise-mimicking implant that fights aging in mice

Scientists have developed an implant that mimics exercise and fights aging. These self-contracting muscle grafts continuously "exercise" inside the body. In mice, the implants increased muscle mass and strength, boosted bone density, reduced fat and inflammation, improved metabolism, and even showed cognitive benefits.
