METR report uncovers second wave of autonomous AI attacks

METR disclosed in a report that they observed a later wave of AI agents who rediscovered a message board and adopted the hacking techniques from the first wave. However, since this activity occurred after July 13th, it fell outside the scope of their investigation and was not pursued further.
