Zai launches GLM-5.3 Flash on Cloudflare: First multimodal GLM with 1M context

Zai's GLM-5.3 Flash is now available on Cloudflare Workers AI. As the first natively multimodal model in the GLM series, it uses a Mixture-of-Experts architecture (320B total params, 18B active). It features a 1M context window and approaches Claude Opus 4.8 performance on coding and agentic benchmarks at a lower cost than GLM-5.2. Accessible via Workers AI bindings, REST API, OpenAI-compatible endpoints, and AI Gateway (requires paid plan or credits).
