OpenAI Codex v0.150: Terminal Task Mentions and Auto-Renaming

OpenAI released Codex v0.150.0 with the following updates:
- New Features: Reference other Codex tasks with @ mentions from the terminal; /copy now offers a picker for full responses, code blocks, or quotes; unnamed terminal tasks receive descriptive titles automatically with /rename suggestions.
- UX Improvements: Markdown links appear as clickable labels in supported terminals; shortcut bindings for permission modes; Vim mode . key to repeat edits; new Interrupt hooks for commands/MCP handlers on interruption.
- Bug Fixes: Enhanced security (untrusted projects blocked from AGENTS.md); improved credential redaction; fixed remote MCP bearer-token lookup and Windows sandbox setup issues.
