Claude adds auto-drafting feedback tool for bug reports

Anthropic introduced a new 'SendFeedback' tool for Claude Code. When failures occur or mistakes are noticed, Claude can now draft the incident report automatically for the user to review, modify, and approve, streamlining the feedback process.
