Hands-on: Gemini Transcribe 3.5 offers verbatim and smart modes

Developers tested Google's new Gemini Transcribe 3.5 models after an early preview. They found it to be one of the best real-world transcription models, offering extremely accurate verbatim transcription or a SMART mode that filters out filler words and unnecessary information. A demo mixed English and German to showcase its capabilities.
