Anthropic opens Claude usage data to independent researchers

Anthropic launched a pilot program giving external researchers access to aggregate, real-world Claude usage data via its privacy-preserving tool, Anthropic Insights. Three groups conducted independent studies, and Anthropic is now inviting more researchers to collaborate.
