UK data watchdog ICO has written to Meta following reports that outsourced workers in Kenya sometimes review sensitive content captured by Ray-Ban Meta glasses, including intimate videos. Meta says data is filtered, but workers claim blurring sometimes fails. Meta sold 7 million glasses in 2025 and ended its contract with Sama, leaving 1,108 workers jobless.
