Chinese AI firm MiniMax reported a 283% surge in first-half revenue to $116.6 million, driven by a 700% jump in its enterprise business. Despite gross margins improving to 17.9%, the adjusted net loss more than doubled to $293 million, with R&D spending reaching $296.9 million. The report notes MiniMax lags behind OpenAI's gross margin of about 39%.
