The viral Ox Alpha model turns out to belong to the GLM family (Zhipu), while several Google employees had been vaguely posting things like "Gemini time" and "Google is back", leading many to assume Ox Alpha was Google's. Commenters argue Google should have immediately clarified it wasn't theirs once it started exploding.
