Meta has launched Muse Image on the Meta Model API, priced at $0.01/image for production. It is an agentic image model that reasons before rendering, searching the web to refine outputs and evaluating prompts for precise elements like charts and QR codes. The model combines text-to-image, single/multi-image editing, and multi-reference composition in one model, eliminating the need for a multi-step pipeline.
