Meta to Launch $200 Consumer Agent Platform 'Hatch'
量子位 · wechat · 2026-08-26
Meta is developing a consumer-focused agent platform called "Hatch," aiming to automate the full digital lifecycle from discovery to purchase. Priced at up to $199.99/month, it rivals Manus. Technically, it uses Claude during development, transitioning to in-house MuseSpark upon launch and a new model "Watermelon" in October. Leveraging ecosystems like Instagram and Facebook, Hatch seeks to solve the context awareness problem in agents but faces challenges in complex real-world web environments.
