LAION releases 10M-hour open video dataset BVD for multimodal training

LAION released the LAION-BVD (Big Video Dataset), a massive open-source dataset containing 1.3B video URLs, 80M downloaded videos totaling 10M hours, 55M captioned clips, and 300M frame-caption pairs. Designed for multimodal pre-training across video, audio, and image modalities, models trained on it achieve competitive performance on standard benchmarks.
