Codex Desktop bug: fails to create chat in WSL mode

A bug report details that Codex Desktop fails to create new chats when WSL2 is configured as the Agent Environment on Windows. The error invalid transport in 'mcpservers.codexapp' appears only when runCodexInWindowsSubsystemForLinux is true. Disabling WSL mode resolves the issue. Logs show the WSL app-server starts correctly, but the internal MCP server configuration is invalid.
