Security Researcher: Browser-Exploit-Era Sandboxes Are Why Agentic AI Isn't Scrambling

Security researcher @chrisrohlf resurfaces his earlier claim: one of security's biggest contributions to AI is the code execution sandboxes born out of 15 years of browser exploits and LPEs. Without them, he argues, the industry would be scrambling to lock down agentic workloads — and likely unable to catch up. He jokes he can't tell whether the post aged poorly or needs repeating.
