Cursor permanently increases Grok model limits again after demand surge

Following the launch of Grok 4.6, Cursor is significantly increasing the included usage for Grok models.
Details:
- This is a permanent increase after doubling limits last month.
- Applies to all first-party models in Cursor, including Composer 2.5 and future Grok models.
- The team is working on making Grok Bot usage last longer, with more changes coming soon.
