Portable Character Consistency for Minimax H3 via .char Format

ashishsanu · reddit · 2026-08-26

Based on Facebook's DINOv2 research, the author implemented a portable character consistency system across Minimax H3, Flux 2, and Krea 2. By packing reference features (YuNet, SFace, DINOv2) into a single .char file, token cost drops from 20,480 to 1,280, significantly reducing VRAM usage. The project is open-sourced on GitHub (GPLv3), supporting H3's reference channel and LoRA training.
