PyLate Merged into Sentence Transformers for Better Retrieval

Late interaction is strong even when fine-tuned. With PyLate merged into Sentence Transformers, it is now easier to train models that outperform general-purpose retrievers. A ColBERT-style model fine-tuned for medical retrieval on one RTX 3090 in 14.5 hours beat all tested general-purpose retrievers.
