TokenBroke launches public leaderboard to visualize API rate limit exhaustion

A developer released TokenBroke, a public leaderboard designed to pressure providers for higher rate limits by visualizing actual consumption of Codex and Claude Code. Users can anonymously report data by running npx tokenbroke. The project claims to be open source and does not read code content, currently showing the community's average remaining quota is under 10%.
