Give your bot an allowance: X Money plus x402 lets agents pay for APIs themselves

The author proposes an agent payment design: instead of creating an account or adding a card for a bot, you grant it a small X Money allowance. The bot pays a few cents per paid API call, gets the result, and keeps going—chaining dozens of APIs at fractions of a cent to finish a job. It's essentially delegating spend authority to @bot via the x402 protocol.
