Anthropic API requests trigger massive 351k token context injection

A developer identified a 'context killer' where any request resembling Anthropic API/pricing/SDK queries dumps the entire multi-language reference docs (923k chars, 351k tokens) into the prefix. Without vigilance, this exhausts a 5-hour context window in just 40 minutes.
