OpenAI Desktop App Broken After Update

A user reported that the OpenAI desktop application fails to launch after updating to version v26.820.60940. The bug indicates that the app cannot locate the bundled Codex CLI binary, causing startup failures on Windows systems. A GitHub Issue has been filed regarding the error.
