Dev wired Claude to autonomously ship hourly changes to a 17-year-old SaaS in production

Developer mhmazur hooked Claude (the Fable agent) into his 17-year-old SaaS product, letting it contribute and deploy changes to production completely autonomously every hour.
On day one he restricted it to small, safe changes while hardening the system. Claude autonomously shipped 11 changes in four buckets:
- Code hygiene (2): removed a dead misspelled constant, fixed misspelled comments
- Copy corrections (3): typos in support articles, inaccurate 404-page copy
- Small UX wins (4): better no-results state for support search, a "still need help?" footer on articles
- Markup fixes (2): broken HTML on 30 SEO pages, unclosed SVG tags on the homepage
Claude posted updates to Slack throughout so the author could follow along and give feedback. The goal is to see how far coding agents can autonomously run and grow a SaaS; he expects that within months an agent could contribute in a day what used to take him a year manually.
