Oege de Moor, creator of GitHub Copilot and founder of XBOW, will be a keynote speaker at OffensiveCon Tokyo 2026. He is currently building an AI-powered offensive security system at XBOW that autonomously discovers and exploits vulnerabilities, marking history as the first AI submitter to top the US leaderboard on HackerOne.
