Row-Bot updates: Visual skill discovery and UI interaction system

Row-Bot introduced a new interaction system for Skills. Features include auto-discovery based on prompts, visual skill suggestions while typing, a UI panel to show active/suggested/available skills (supported on mobile), and a slash command to open a visual picker.
