Runway launches MCP: generate video from Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor

Runway has launched an official MCP server, letting users generate images and videos with Seedance 2.0, GPT image 2, Kling, Nano Banana Pro, and Gen-4.5 directly inside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Replit, and other compatible agents.
Setup is simple: in Claude, go to Customize → Connectors, add a custom connector with https://mcp.runwayml.com/mcp, sign in, done. Official demos include product shot restyling, turning a product URL into a polished marketing video, dialogue-driven multi-shot ads, and hero videos for e-commerce sites.
