UBI caused harm; Universal High Income needed for AI era

David Patterson argues that promoting Universal Basic Income (UBI) did more harm than good by fostering the idea that people will survive on a basic stipend after AI and robots cause permanent unemployment. He states UBI was never practical and is not the solution. Instead, a Universal High Income (UHI) is required to replace full wages and salaries.
