Hermes Desktop's browser can now pop out into its own native window

Hermes Desktop's built-in browser can now be popped out into its own native window, with the live page moving over — no duplicate browser session or cloned tab. This lets you keep Hermes in one window and the browser your agent is working with in another, which should be especially nice on a second monitor.
