The author predicts AI will massively impact the economy starting next year. They believe AGI will be achieved by the end of this year, enabling AI to perform full jobs across all domains, including driving, physical labor, and office work. Human workers will no longer be needed; employers will use AI just as they use human workers. With output no longer limited by human labor and artificial labor available in unlimited quantities, economic output will decouple from human labor, unlocking unlimited economic growth.
