OpenAI Exec: Future Models Will Need Resources Far Beyond a Laptop

Tibo Sottiaux, head of core products at OpenAI, stated that with very powerful models, the laptop becomes a constraint because it was designed for humans. He predicts that future models will require access to resources far exceeding those of a standard laptop.
