ChatGPT launches sticker generation feature, turning memes into shareable assets
sven_ai · x · 2026-08-26
ChatGPT now supports converting any image or meme into a transparent background sticker pack, which can be directly shared to messaging apps like iMessage and WhatsApp.
While appearing as a minor feature, its high virality and social entertainment attributes are noteworthy. This update suggests that the killer app potential of AI often lies in becoming a social toy for group chats, rather than pure technical flexing.
