Mystery team's 10-min one-shot robot demo: Unitree and Zhiyuan share one brain

A 10-minute unedited demo from an unknown team is turning heads in embodied AI: a Unitree G1 and a Zhiyuan A3, two robots with completely different hardware, run the same model "brain" and collaboratively do household chores — window wiping, tidying, laundry — in a cramped 15㎡ apartment, with no teleoperation, no human commands, and no cuts.
Highlights include the Unitree robot reaching out the window to wipe glass it couldn't clean inside, fetching a box to stand on and kicking it into place when it couldn't bend over, resuming tasks after an alarm interruption, and the Zhiyuan robot helping put a scarf on its occupied partner — spontaneous cross-embodiment collaboration. The model even "lazy-optimizes": draping a towel over its shoulder, carrying slippers by their straps.
The model reportedly breaks from mainstream VLA/world-model paradigms, built on physics-constrained dynamics learning, unified cross-embodiment modeling, and long-horizon robust closed loops, trained on only tens of hours of video. The team's identity remains unknown.
