Enterprises ditch Fable 5 as cheaper open-source models win on value

According to the Financial Times, Anthropic's strongest model Fable 5 accounts for only 11% of enterprise AI spending. The primary reason is its high cost, as cheaper open-source models are now sufficient for most tasks and are capturing market share.
