sanoTTS: 1.4M-Param Model Runs Real-Time on $3 Chip

Ampixa Labs released sanoTTS, a family of tiny neural TTS models with just 745k to 1.8M parameters. It runs real-time on a $3 ESP32-S3 microcontroller or in-browser via WebAssembly, requiring no cloud or NPU. The models are under 4MB, support 9 voices across 6 languages including Chinese, and are open-sourced on GitHub.
