This article proposes a framework for measuring "Cognitive Sovereignty." A high schooler used an AI assistant for outlining, drafting, and editing, finishing an essay in 20 minutes that would have taken three hours a year ago, receiving an A. Since the assignment measured the product rather than the process, no one can determine if actual learning occurred. This prompts a reflection on the educational assessment system.
