OpenAI Claims AGI Systems Are Real and Exist in the Lab

OpenAI posted a terse but striking message: "It is here. It is real. We have the systems in the lab." They added that it was "Done with extremely small team" and mentioned a "Blank slate". This is widely interpreted as a signal that OpenAI has achieved a significant breakthrough, potentially AGI, internally.
