Claude Code CLI version 2.1.246 is now available with 61 changes.
Highlights:
- Added a tool to launch dedicated agents for complex multi-step tasks, enabling isolated subagent workflows.
- Added an Auto mode tab to /permissions for viewing and editing auto-mode classifier rules.
- Increased safety-check timeout for auto-mode tool calls to prevent temporary denials for large sessions.
Fixes:
- Fixed fullscreen display issues after resizing the terminal.
- Fixed severe transcript slowdown when a diff contained very long single lines.
- Improved erratic fullscreen scrolling behavior.
