HeyGen proves one 9-block prompt structure yields two very different cinematic real-estate videos
HeyGen · x · 2026-08-26
HeyGen published a follow-up tutorial validating the 9-block structure from its How to Prompt guide: Header, Person, Property, Path, Camera, Performance, Script Lock, Ending, Technical Footer — filled in order, nothing else needed.
The demo video uses a four-property hook: one Avatar, four luxury properties, hard cuts every 3 seconds, 12 seconds in 16:9, with the avatar's identity locked while the backdrop changes. The full prompt is copyable — just swap in your own Avatar and script.
The core principle: write like a director, not a wisher — hand the model a shot list, wardrobe sheet, floor plan, and location notes.
