OpenAI Head of Data Centers Departs Less Than a Year After Joining

According to the Wall Street Journal, Chris Malone, OpenAI's head of data centers, left the company last week. He joined in March 2025, shortly after OpenAI announced the Stargate infrastructure project, serving for less than a year.
